Jessica Tingley is no stranger to beauty and fashion. She regularly appears on television spotting trends and showing how to recreate them at home. She has been featured in numerous publications including Allure, InStyle and Cosmopolitan to name a few.

Hailing from Michigan where her Mother and Grandmother were both hairstylists, Jessica learned at a very young age that she would continue on with this tradition. She attended cosmetology school as a teen and soon after graduating, built up an impressive following in the tony Bloomfield Hills salon where she started her career 17 years ago. Jessica used her natural gift of cutting and styling hair and honed her skills by training at Vidal Sassoon, Pivot Point and learning the Dessange method. She took parts of each method and developed her own theory of cutting hair. By the age of twenty-two Jessica was a popular coach in regional salons and training centers in Michigan, teaching her unique cutting method and also business development.

It wasn’t long before Hollywood was calling her name. Upon moving to LA, Jessica met her mentor Chris McMillan, famous for styling A-list celebrities like Jennifer Aniston. He introduced her to his agent and her freelance career was off! She was soon working on high profile photo shoots and music videos for stars like Janet Jackson. Although styling hair for celebrity shoots was exciting and inspiring, Jessica longed to be back in a salon cutting hair.

This is her true passion. Making people look and feel beautiful. Jessica was brought in as a designer stylist at Frederic Fekkai Salon in Beverly Hills, where for the past eight years she has been doing just that. Her sexy handiwork can be seen on such beauties as Heidi Klum, Mandy Moore, Maggie Gyllenhal, Kate Bosworth, Kerry Washington, Martha Stewart and many others.
